Information and purpose
The learning-support form collects first name, last name, email, international phone number, chosen calling country, privacy acknowledgement, age/terms confirmation and separate optional marketing choices. The support form collects name, email and message. We use these details to respond to the request and record your choices. A phone country selection identifies a calling code, not your physical location. Do not send passwords, payment information or sensitive documents.
Storage and recipients
Valid requests are saved in this website’s own server database. Learning-support requests are then passed through the operator’s existing conversion processing service, together with the actual network address, browser user agent and server-resolved campaign attribution. Authorised project staff and service administrators use the details to process the request. Contact messages remain in the website’s support inbox. The form does not create a password or perform automatic login or enrolment.
Retention and protection
Requests and consent records in this website’s own database are retained for up to 90 days, then removed by scheduled maintenance. Records in the existing conversion processing service follow that service’s retention configuration; contact the privacy address for questions or deletion requests. Short-lived abuse-protection records contain a keyed hash of the network address and expire after 15 minutes. Hosting and security services may maintain separate access logs for security and incident investigation; their retention depends on the hosting configuration. Necessary session storage protects forms against forged submissions and confirms a successful save. We validate requests, limit submission rates and prevent duplicate submissions.
Your choices
Public lessons require no registration or marketing consent. Marketing email, calls and texts are separate choices, unchecked by default, and are not required to receive a response about your request. You can ask the privacy contact to access, correct or delete your information or withdraw an optional choice. We use request details to handle the request you initiate and maintain site security; optional marketing requires your separate consent.
Security and optional measurement
Cloudflare may process network information to protect and deliver this website. When a learning-support request is sent, the server uses the existing Binom campaign service to resolve request attribution for conversion processing. This does not change the public learning content. Optional browser analytics, advertising tags, browser fingerprinting and scroll tracking are disabled. The Cookie Policy describes the necessary session and preference storage.
